The Cold Sweat is a powerful modern humbucker set combining a ceramic-powered bridge with an Alnico V neck to deliver tight response, high output and exceptional definition across a wide range of playing styles.

The custom-sized ceramic magnet gives the bridge pickup a fast, controlled response with substantial output and sustain. Its high resonant peak produces clear, detailed treble, while the smooth midrange and powerful bass create a precise, rich voice with impressive depth.

The bridge pickup delivers an exceptionally sharp and controlled attack, making pick harmonics effortless and allowing complex riffing to remain clear even under extreme gain. Its extended bass and treble response creates a slightly scooped mid character that adds definition and projection without sounding thin.

The Alnico V neck pickup provides a smoother, more fluid contrast, with exceptional articulation and note separation. Its expressive response makes it particularly popular with shred players, allowing sweep-picked passages, legato and fast lead work to remain clear and effortless.

Despite its high-output character, the Cold Sweat remains highly dynamic and touch sensitive. It can push a tube amplifier into natural overdrive with ease while maintaining excellent note definition when paired with heavily saturated high-gain rigs.
