PICKUP & RETURN SERVICE

Enjoy a completely hassle-free experience with our personal Pickup & Return Service.

We personally collect your guitar, service it at our workshop, and return it directly to you once the work is completed. No third-party couriers are involved, so you don’t have to worry about your guitar being passed between multiple handlers or potentially damaged during transit.

Your guitar remains in the care of Fret & Grain from collection to return.

HOW IT WORKS

2. Book Your Pickup
Arrange a convenient pickup date and time with us using the booking system below.

3. Personal Collection
We personally collect your guitar from your preferred location.

4. Inspection & Payment
Your guitar will be carefully inspected. Payment via PayNow is required before work begins.

5. Professional Servicing
Your guitar will be professionally serviced according to the agreed requirements.

6. Personal Return
Once the work is completed, we personally return your guitar to you.

SERVICING TIME

Standard servicing normally takes about 1–2 weeks.

Need it sooner? Add $50 for 48-hour completion on selected services.

CANCELLATION

The $20 delivery charge is non-refundable if you decide NOT to proceed with the guitar service for any reason, including cancelling before the pickup.
