We personally collect your guitar, service it at our workshop, and return it directly to you once the work is completed.
No third-party couriers are involved, so you don’t have to worry about your guitar being passed between multiple handlers or potentially damaged during transit.

Your guitar remains in the care of Fret & Grain from collection to return.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. WhatsApp Us - Discuss your guitar, services, and pricing.

  2. Book Pickup - Pick a convenient date & time using the booking system below.

  3. Personal Collection - We collect your guitar directly from you.

  4. Inspection & Payment - We inspect the guitar and advise. Payment via PayNow is required before work begins.

  5. Servicing - Expert repair at our workshop.

  6. Personal Return - Your serviced guitar is delivered back to you.

TURNAROUND & EXPRESS OPTIONS

  • Standard Turnaround: 7 days depending on the scope of work.

  • 48-Hour Express: +$50 (subject to availability)

  • 24-Hour Express: +$80 (subject to availability)

TERMS & CONDITIONS SUMMARY

  • Delivery Fee: The $20 pickup/return fee is non-refundable upon booking or cancellation.

  • Payment: Full PayNow payment is required prior to starting work.

  • 30-Day Warranty: All work includes a 30-day workmanship warranty covering performed services. For adjustments covered under our 30-day workmanship warranty, you may either arrange another Pickup & Return Service or make an appointment for a one-to-one adjustment at our studio.

  • Age, Condition & Component Failure: Some instruments, particularly older guitars or those fitted with worn, fragile or lower-quality components, may have underlying weaknesses that are not visible before work begins.

    Although every instrument is handled with the utmost care and all adjustments are carried out using proper techniques and professional experience, certain parts may fail, crack, strip, break or give way during normal servicing or adjustment.

    While Fret & Grain will always take reasonable care to minimise such risks, failures caused by pre-existing wear, age, material weakness or component quality may be unavoidable. Fret & Grain will not be held liable for damage or component failure resulting from these underlying conditions.

  • Abandonment: Any instrument left uncollected for more than 3 months after completion, whether paid or unpaid, may be deemed abandoned. Fret & Grain reserves the right to dispose of or sell the instrument to recover outstanding charges, storage fees and related costs.
