STORMY MONDAY HUMBUCKER
Sweet, articulate PAF character with warm bass, hollow mids and smooth highs.
The Stormy Monday is an authentically vintage humbucker with exceptional clarity, dynamics and touch sensitivity. It combines warm, full bass with slightly scooped mids and sweet, mellow highs for a soft, percussive vintage voice.
Hand-wound with vintage-correct 42 AWG plain enamel wire, the Stormy Monday is built with butyrate bobbins, a calibrated sand-cast Alnico II magnet and a solid nickel-silver baseplate.
Inspired by the early Patent Applied For humbuckers, its asymmetrically wound coils provide an extended frequency response and a highly touch-sensitive feel. The Stormy Monday captures the brighter character of late-'50s PAF-style tones, delivering smooth natural sustain, excellent pick dynamics and exceptional string separation.
Low notes remain warm and full, while the sweet high end and hollow midrange retain clarity and articulation.
Blues, Country, Jazz, Funk, Indie, Reggae and Classic Rock.

The Apache is a full-bodied early-'50s single coil set based on the rounder, fatter tones of the original '54 to '57 Strat-style pickups.
Powered by Alnico III magnets, the Apache delivers a deep bottom end, bell-like high-end chime and rich, expansive mids. Clean tones remain crystal clear and articulate without becoming harsh or thin, while overdriven tones are full and crunchy with plenty of body for expressive single-note work.
Each coil is scatter-wound by hand using vintage-correct Heavy Formvar wire. The calibrated Alnico III magnets are hand-bevelled and feature low magnetic pull, allowing the strings to vibrate more freely for excellent dynamics, natural sustain and accurate intonation.
