The Trilogy Suite is a high-output set of true single coils with a powerful, modern character. Delivering deep, resonant bass, a broad midrange and clear, extended highs, the Trilogy Suite offers a muscular, P90-esque voice without sacrificing the openness and frequency response of a true single coil.
Designed for players looking beyond traditional vintage Strat tones, the Trilogy Suite combines a hot wind of modern polysol wire with Alnico V rod magnets for increased output, sustain and harmonic richness.
A slightly more compressed dynamic response gives single notes exceptional sustain, while an overdriven amp produces rich, saturated tones with strong harmonic overtones. The highs remain full and articulate under heavy gain, while the low end stays focused and defined.
Backing off the gain reveals a surprisingly versatile clean response, while use of the volume control opens up a wide range of modern clean tones.
