Prefer a flexible and contactless option? Our Locker Drop-Off & Collection Service allows you to drop off and collect your guitar conveniently.

For added peace of mind, the Fret & Grain locker area is monitored by 24-hour CCTV with cloud recording.

Your instrument will be securely collected from the locker and remain in the care of Fret & Grain throughout the servicing process.

HOW IT WORKS

Discuss your guitar, required service and estimated pricing.

2. Arrange Your Drop-Off
We will provide the locker drop-off instructions at Woodlands Horizon.

3. Drop Off Your Guitar
Place your guitar securely in the designated Fret & Grain locker.

4. Inspection & Payment
We collect and inspect your instrument, then confirm the required work. Payment via PayNow is required before work begins.

5. Servicing
Your guitar is professionally serviced at our workshop.

6. Ready for Collection
Once completed, we will notify you and provide collection instructions.

TURNAROUND & EXPRESS OPTIONS

  • Standard Turnaround: Approximately 7 working days, depending on the scope of work.

  • 48-Hour Express: +$50, subject to availability.

  • 24-Hour Express: +$80, subject to availability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS SUMMARY

  • Locker Access: Locker drop-off and collection instructions will be provided after your booking is confirmed.

  • Payment: Full payment via PayNow is required before work begins.

  • 30-Day Warranty: All work includes a 30-day workmanship warranty. Covered adjustments can be arranged through our Pickup & Return Service or by appointment at our studio.

  • Instrument Condition: Please take clear photos of your guitar before placing it in the locker and inform us of any existing damage or defects.

  • Component Failure: Older instruments or guitars fitted with worn, fragile or lower-quality components may have hidden weaknesses. Parts may fail during normal servicing despite every reasonable precaution. Fret & Grain is not liable for failures arising from pre-existing wear, age, material weakness or component quality.

  • Collection: Once your guitar is ready, you may choose to collect it from the same Fret & Grain locker, arrange a face-to-face collection by appointment, or request our Drop-Off Service to have your guitar delivered back to you.

  • Abandonment: Instruments left uncollected for more than 3 months after completion, whether paid or unpaid, may be deemed abandoned. Fret & Grain reserves the right to dispose of or sell abandoned instruments to recover outstanding charges, storage costs and related expenses.

By arranging a locker drop-off or placing your instrument in the Fret & Grain locker, you agree to these terms.
