Our Bare Knuckle Custom Audio Taper 550K CTS standard shaft push-pull potentiometers are specially manufactured by CTS to Bare Knuckle specifications. Featuring smooth rotational torque, a tight ±10% tolerance and a choice of audio tapers, these custom-spec pots offer reliable performance and precise control.
The integrated push-pull switch adds extra switching flexibility, making them ideal for wiring modifications such as coil splits, series/parallel switching and other custom pickup configurations.
Suitable for both volume and tone applications, these 550K pots are an excellent choice for guitars fitted with humbuckers or P90s where clarity, detail and extended high-frequency response are desired.
A circlip is fitted to the shaft for increased durability and long-term reliability.
A - 10% Audio Taper (Recommended by F&G for Tone)
A fast roll-off from maximum volume, delivering a snappy response that is ideal for quick volume swell techniques.
J - 30% Audio Taper (Recommended by F&G for Volume)
