Bare Knuckle Custom 550K CTS potentiometers are specially manufactured by CTS to our specifications. Featuring a logarithmic audio taper, smooth rotational torque and a tight ±10% tolerance, these custom-spec pots are designed to get the most from your pickups.
With a higher resistance than standard 500K pots, the 550K value allows more of the upper frequency range to come through, opening up the sound and allowing the full harmonic richness of hand-wound coils to shine. The result is improved clarity, detail and definition.
A circlip is fitted to the shaft for increased durability and long-term reliability.
A - 10% Audio Taper (Recommended by F&G for Tone)
