The Juggernaut is a signature humbucker set designed with Periphery guitarist Misha Mansoor, combining massive low-end weight, aggressive attack and exceptional clarity with the dynamic response needed for modern progressive playing.
The bridge pickup combines Alnico V and Ceramic VIII magnets with symmetrically hand-wound twin screw coils to deliver a powerful and focused response. Its tight, controlled bass and substantial midrange provide exceptional definition through complex chord voicings, while the rich, vocal high end maintains clarity and articulation under heavy gain.
The neck pickup uses a custom-sized Alnico V magnet to produce a full, musical response with excellent dynamics and articulation. Clean tones are broad and powerful, while higher-gain sounds remain fluid and defined, making the pickup equally effective for melodic leads, sustained passages and detailed chord work.
The Juggernaut is designed to combine the tightness and attack associated with ceramic pickups with the dynamics and musical response of Alnico. It responds naturally to picking intensity, remaining full and controlled with a lighter touch while becoming increasingly aggressive when driven harder.
With four-conductor wiring, the Juggernaut set also provides additional tonal flexibility through advanced wiring configurations, making it suitable for players who require multiple usable voices from a modern high-performance instrument.
